Applications for Domain Creation:

This payment covers the first two years of operation of a given domain. This same amount must be paid when a domain is transferred to a different holder. In case of applications for domain creation, the payment will not be reimbursed nor transferred to another application in case when the applicant desists from its application.

This amount should be paid every time the last paid period elapses, considering the last time the said domain was charged. I.e., the first renewal occurs at the end of the first two years period, counted from the creation payment.
