NIC Chile sponsors initiative to provide free websites for twenty thousand Chilean entrepreneurs

NIC Chile announces its participation as a sponsor of the "Your Web, Free" program, a joint initiative with the Ministry of Economics, Publiguías Yell Chile, the Solidarity and Social Investment Fund (FOSIS) and the Technical Cooperation Service (SERCOTEC), whose aim is to encourage and facilitate the Internet presence for Small and Medium Enterprises in Chile.

The program, that will be managed by Publiguías, consists of the development of 20 thousand free websites for entrepreneur professionals, and for micro, small and medium businesses. This includes the .CL domain name, design and hosting of a website, free for one year, and the only requirement is to establish the legal incorporation of the company within the territory of Chile.
